• Welcome and greet customers as they arrive at the service department.
• Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes.
• Transport vehicles between service areas, parking lots, and customer locations safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles inside and out, including washing and vacuuming as needed.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to coordinate customer needs.
• Ensure the service drive area and lot are organized and hazard-free.
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and moving vehicles.
