Oral Surgeon

Brident Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high-quality surgical care to a diverse patient population in a modern, technology-enabled environment. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary dental team, you will perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures, including complex extractions, wisdom tooth removal, dental implant placement, bone grafting, pre-prosthetic surgery, and management of oral pathology, while collaborating closely with general dentists, orthodontists, and pediatric providers to create comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans. You will evaluate patients through detailed clinical examinations, imaging, and medical history reviews, clearly explain diagnoses and treatment options, and ensure informed consent and exceptional chairside communication throughout the surgical process. Utilizing advanced equipment and digital technology, you will administer local anesthesia, IV sedation, and other modalities in accordance with safety standards and state regulations, maintaining meticulous documentation and adhering to evidence-based clinical protocols and infection control practices.
