LPN

Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department within our dynamic hospital setting in Upstate New York. As an LPN at MVHS, you will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, physicians, and an interdisciplinary care team to provide safe, high-quality patient care across a variety of acute and specialty units. You will perform direct patient care activities such as obtaining vital signs, administering medications under established protocols, assisting with procedures, performing wound care, monitoring patient status, and accurately documenting all care in the electronic medical record. You will support patients with activities of daily living, reinforce patient and family education, and promptly report changes in condition to the RN and provider. In this role, you will adhere to all MVHS policies and regulatory standards, maintain infection control and patient safety practices, and contribute to a respectful, team-based environment that reflects our core values of collaboration, empathy, and integrity.
