Physical Therapist

Pappas OTP, a comprehensive outpatient physical therapy provider based in Providence, Rhode Island, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy to a diverse outpatient caseload, helping patients recover function, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. You will perform thorough evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and provide a full spectrum of therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait and balance training, and functional mobility training. Using your clinical judgment and current best practices, you will regularly reassess progress, update treatment plans, and clearly document all care in our electronic medical record system. As a Physical Therapist at Pappas OTP, you will work closely with a supportive and collaborative team of clinicians and staff who share a strong commitment to patient-centered care. You will educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and strategies for injury prevention and long-term health. You will coordinate care with referring providers and other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity and the best possible outcomes. You will be expected to manage your caseload efficiently while maintaining a high standard of compassionate, individualized care for each patient.
