Benevis Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, supporting high-quality patient care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. As a Dentist with Benevis Dental, you will provide comprehensive dental care including examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, restorative procedures, preventive services, and patient education to a diverse patient population. You will perform routine and complex dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals within scope, and other general dentistry services while ensuring strict adherence to clinical and infection control standards. You will work closely with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and practice leadership to deliver coordinated, efficient care that prioritizes patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction. You will review medical and dental histories, diagnose oral health conditions using clinical evaluation and radiographs, communicate treatment options clearly, and develop individualized treatment plans that support long-term oral health. You will document all patient encounters accurately in the practice management/electronic health record system and follow all regulatory and compliance requirements. In this role, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by participating in quality initiatives, adopting best practices, and engaging in ongoing professional development.
