ISC Analytics Specialist II

As a crucial role in the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization, you will drive data‑driven insights to optimize operational efficiency and decision making. You will report directly to the Director and work out of Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
Develop operational and functional metric data and coordinate with other functions to ensure consistency and data integrity.
Enable the management operating system (MOS) and work with Director‑level staff to gather, consolidate, and summarize information at the Aerospace or function level, including key metrics, monthly highlights, and quarterly ops review material.
Review analytics outputs to ensure accuracy before releasing to internal and external customers.
Provide data visualizations, including creating, updating, and supporting databases and reports with key metrics to guide strategic decisions.
Work directly with global Aerospace functions and sites to design new Aerospace standard analytic processes that enable operational improvement.
Prepare presentation materials for both internal and external communications.
Qualifications
2 or more years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.
2 or more years of experience in data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), DataIQ, or Alteryx in a large‑scale environment.
Excellent Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills with emphasis on data retrieval, analysis, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and data governance.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Engineering).
2 years of experience in SQL programming and SQL Server database management.
2 years of experience in Tableau dashboard development.
SAP/Functional experience in Planning and Procurement.
High degree of initiative, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent problem solving, creativity, and communication skills.
