The IT Infrastructure & Cloud Architect will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust IT and cloud infrastructure solutions to support the organization’s operational goals. Day‑to‑day tasks include developing system and solution architectures, ensuring secure network environments, optimizing IT resources, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement infrastructure strategies. This is a full‑time hybrid role based in O’Fallon, IL, with opportunities for remote work combined with onsite responsibilities as needed. Qualifications
Experience in Information Technology and System Architecture Strong knowledge of Network Security principles and practices Proficiency in managing IT Infrastructure, including on‑premise and cloud environments Expertise in Solution Architecture and ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams Familiarity with healthcare industry IT systems is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect, or similar are a strong advantage
