This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, support solution implementation, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation Analyze data and business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals Support testing and implementation by validating requirements and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Ensure smooth rollout of new features, enhancements, or process changes Required Qualifications
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and functional specifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and processes for improvements Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Understanding of UAT processes and implementation support Strong communication and problem-solving skills
