Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
No appointments scheduled daily from 12:00–1:00 PM for lunch and administrative catch-up
4-day work week (or less)
No nights, weekends, or on-call
No major holidays
No after-hours emergencies
Doctors divide their time between appointments and soft tissue/dental surgery based on comfort level and interest. Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $110,000-$130,000, dependent on experience
