À propos

Benevis Dental is seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to provide high-quality clinical care across affiliated practices within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will rotate among multiple offices within a defined region, delivering comprehensive general dentistry to diverse patient populations while supporting local clinical teams and helping to expand access to care. You will perform examinations, diagnostic services, and a full range of restorative and preventive procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, basic endodontics, and periodontal therapy, adhering to evidence-based standards and all regulatory and infection-control requirements. Partnering closely with hygienists, assistants, and office leadership, you will help ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience, contribute to treatment planning, and clearly communicate diagnoses, options, and preventive recommendations to patients and families. In this role, you will be expected to adapt seamlessly to different practice environments and workflows, provide consistent clinical quality, and support high standards of charting, documentation, and compliance regardless of location. You will collaborate with Benevis Dental’s broader clinical and operational teams to implement best practices, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to an innovative, collaborative culture focused on patient satisfaction and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for a dentist who enjoys variety in daily practice, is comfortable traveling regularly between offices, and values the opportunity to serve communities with limited access to dental care. Benevis Dental offers a supportive environment that emphasizes professional development, mentorship, and ongoing training, giving you the chance to grow your clinical skills, explore new technologies and treatment approaches, and build a rewarding long-term career while making a meaningful impact on the communities we serve.
