Position: Entry Level Sales Representative Immediate Hiring! Start your sales career where you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners. You'll learn how to identify opportunities, educate customers, and schedule appointments for our in-home sales team. This role will provide you the foundation and experiences needed for your future career growth. Responsibilities
* Canvass residential neighborhoods to identify homes in need of home improvements (windows, roofing, doors, bathrooms) * Educate homeowners on the available products and financing options * Schedule appointments for free consultations * Participate in ongoing training and coaching.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills * Outgoing personality * Coachable and eager to learn * Comfortable working and walking neighborhoods * Reliable transportation (car/truck)
Compensation
* Hourly plus uncapped commission and bonuses * Earning potential: $50K-$75K * Career growth opportunities
