Responsibilities
Engage students to know God personally
Disciple, inspire and coach students to multiply their faith
Organise training conferences for students
Assist in the planning and implementation of strategies for outreach activities
Mobilise and lead students on mission trips
As a Christian organisation, employees will be required to attend work meetings and Christian fellowship meetings, which start and end with religious activities such as prayers, words of worship and bible sharing. Non-Christian employees are not required to participate in the religious activities. xcfaprz
Requirements
At least a Diploma in any discipline
Bible knowledge
Passionate to work with youths
Reasonable degree of self-assurance and an ability to handle pressure
Able to adapt quickly to changes in work environment
A self‑starter and an enthusiastic learner
Able to work independently and also within a team
Able to manage multiple relationships and tasks simultaneously
Committed to Cru's ministry models of connecting others to Jesus and discipleship
Prior experience in sharing the love of God and disciple‑making
Alignment with the doctrinal articles of faith and the general rules in the Statement of Faith of our company
