À propos

Brident Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our dynamic, patient-centered practice. As an essential member of our multi-specialty group, you will provide a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical services, including complex extractions, wisdom tooth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, pre-prosthetic surgery, oral pathology evaluation and treatment, and surgical management of dentoalveolar conditions. You will collaborate closely with general dentists, orthodontists, hygienists, and support staff to create comprehensive treatment plans that optimize patient outcomes and experiences.
In this role, you will conduct detailed consultations, review medical and dental histories, interpret diagnostic imaging, and educate patients on treatment options, surgical procedures, risks, benefits, and post-operative care. You will administer local anesthesia, IV sedation, and other appropriate anesthetic techniques in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements, prioritizing patient safety and comfort at every step. Utilizing advanced dental and surgical technology, you will perform procedures efficiently and with a high standard of clinical excellence, while maintaining meticulous documentation and clear communication with referring providers.
You will thrive in Brident Dental & Orthodontics’ supportive and inclusive culture, which emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth. Our environment encourages evidence-based practice, participation in case reviews, and ongoing training in new techniques and technologies. As an Oral Surgeon here, you will mentor clinical team members, contribute to a positive, respectful workplace, and help elevate the standard of care through strong leadership, reliability, and a focus on quality.
This position is ideal for an Oral Surgeon who is passionate about expanding access to high-quality surgical care, comfortable working with diverse patient populations, and eager to build a stable, long-term practice within a multi-location organization. You will have the opportunity to manage a consistent surgical schedule, see a wide variety of clinical cases, and rely on a robust administrative and clinical support infrastructure so you can focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional surgical outcomes and outstanding patient care.
