Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – Role
Drive new business across the commercial pool systems sector, including pool filtration, pumps, and maintenance services.
Manage and grow sales of water chemistry systems, chemical systems, pumps, filters, and other pool‑related products and services.
Carry out product demonstrations, attend exhibitions, and negotiate to win new commercial pool accounts.
Provide pre‑sales technical support and deliver end‑to‑end application solutions for clients, ensuring that all commercial pool systems are maintained to the highest standards.
Offer after‑sales service and technical backup to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term relationships.
Work remotely from your base location, with regional travel expected (up to 10%).
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and service teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
Commercial pool experience is required. Proven experience in a technical sales role such as Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Territory Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager.
Strong experience in commercial pool servicing, including water chemistry, filtration, pumps, and related products or experience in a similar engineering or industrial sales role.
Hunter mentality with a drive to generate new business and exceed sales targets.
Industrial or commercial experience in sectors such as commercial pool construction, service, or related industries (water treatment, HVAC, etc.) is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
Full, clean driving licence required.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and prospects.
