Start/End Date: July 6 – December 23 (six‑month co‑op).
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am‑5pm ET. This is a temporary, full‑time position working 37.5 hours per week.
Hourly Rate: $25/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support business teams in the collection, organization, and analysis of data.
Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for dashboards and analytics solutions, along with building and maintaining reports in Power BI to support decision making.
Ensure data quality through review and validation.
Contribute to projects aligned with enterprise strategy.
Identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a similar field (exceptional senior undergraduates may be considered).
Experience with analytical tools and languages supporting data analysis, reporting, and visualization like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Python, and/or SQL.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Exceptionally detail‑oriented with polished written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and synthesize business needs/requirements and translate into work product.
Comfortable communicator across all levels of the organization; able to effectively tell stories with data and present findings to a non‑technical audience.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
Previous internship or co‑op experience required.
REMOTE REQUIREMENTS
HPN is a remote‑first company. All new staff must be in the Boston area multiple days during weeks designated as All‑Staff weeks. Additional travel may be required based on events, meetings, and business needs.
