Sales Associate Retail Sales Associate-FT Starting salary : paid weekly Benefits : medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance; paid time off; paid holidays; 401k with company match; employee discount Job Description B Turners is seeking a dependable and organized Retail Sales Associate with at least 2 years of consecutive retail experience to join our team. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to deescalate customer issues if any. Candidate most also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment when needed. Responsibilities: Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service Maintain a clean and organized store environment Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels. This includes processing freight that comes to the store. Assist with visual merchandising and store displays Attend and maintain dressing rooms as needed Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements: At least 2 years of consecutive retail experience preferred Dependable and organized Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Ability to stand for long periods Ability to squat, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays Ability to pass a drug test and background check We are a equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
