Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 5-10 years of experience in credit risk analytics, preferably in small business lending or high-risk environments 2+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams Proven track record in building or enhancing modern credit decisioning frameworks Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel
