Own the entire data layer, including warehouse management, dbt models, and company-wide dashboards Teach data literacy across the company and establish best practices for data usage Improve the data model and documentation to enhance trust and self-service capabilities
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a solo or early data hire, with full stack ownership Advanced SQL and production dbt experience, with knowledge of cloud warehouses (e.g., BigQuery) Strong business instincts to translate ambiguous questions into clear data models Comfortable in fast-paced environments with high-volume sales funnels AI-native approach to data work, utilizing AI tools for efficiency
