Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various organizational stakeholders Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning Engage in diverse People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and analysis of people-related financial data
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field Experience with Python or R required; SQL experience preferred Basic understanding of data management and analysis Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
