Inside Sales Representative- High Call Volume | $55K Base + Commission Plano, TX (4 days onsite)

We're hiring an Inside Sales Rep to join a growing team in Plano. This is a
high-activity role
- you'll spend a good part of your day calling, following up, and building pipeline.
What the day actually looks like
50-80+ outbound calls daily
Following up with prospects via phone + email
Qualifying leads and booking meetings
Keeping your pipeline organized in CRM
Working closely with the sales team to move deals forward
What they care about
You've done outbound before ( cold calling required )
You're comfortable with high daily call volume
You're self-motivated and don't need hand-holding
You can clearly explain how you qualify a lead
Ideal Background
1+ year of outbound sales experience
(SDR, BDR, inside sales, or call center sales)
Experience making
consistent daily calls (40-80+)
Exposure to
account management or client follow-up
(6-18 months is a plus)
Comfortable working in a
high-activity, phone-based environment
Early to mid-career sales professional looking to grow
Comp & Setup
$55K base + uncapped commission
4 days onsite / 1 day remote
