À propos

Good QA shapes how well things actually work, not just whether they pass. At ambiscale, we believe that the best developers and QA engineers don’t just write more code, they figure out how to write less of it while delivering significantly more value. We are looking for a QA Engineer who doesn’t just “click through” but actively looks for ways to automate, optimize, and use AI to work better and faster. If you share this perspective, you’ll feel at home here. Who we are
We solve real business challenges by building tailored web solutions: WordPress, eCommerce, Cyber Security, DevOps, FinOps, and custom systems. We work with clients across Poland, Europe, and the US, including Żabka, Biedronka, Brand24, and the University of California (Berkeley), as well as supporting non‑profit organizations (Pokonaj Chłoniaka, Fundacja Katarynka). What you’ll be doing
designing and developing automated test suites for frontend and API layers using Playwright or Cypress, working with AI assistants (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate test writing and refactoring, while maintaining a critical eye on the generated code, testing REST and GraphQL APIs in decoupled headless architectures (Next.js/Vue + CMS), ensuring test stability by isolating cases through smart mocking and intercepting network requests, implementing Visual Regression Testing (VRT) to maintain UI consistency in our custom‑built frontends, using Docker to manage local environments and reproduce issues in production‑like conditions, performing manual and exploratory testing to catch complex edge cases that automation might miss. You’ll fit right in if you
have at least 2 years of commercial experience in QA automation and feel confident taking ownership of the testing strategy, are experienced with Playwright or Cypress and in testing both REST and GraphQL architectures, are a proficient user of AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude) and know how to use them to boost your productivity, test authoring, code refactoring, and analysis of automated test suites without blindly trusting their output, can efficiently use Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to manage your work and environments, communicate transparently and effectively in both Polish and English (B2+). Nice to have
experience in using AI for test data generation or quickly mocking API responses, familiarity with specialized Visual Regression Testing tools (e.g. Percy, BackstopJS) or built‑in VRT modules in Playwright, understanding of the importance of WCAG standards and experience in performing accessibility testing, a solid grasp of the challenges related to testing headless and distributed systems where backend and frontend are decoupled. What we offer
space to experiment with AI and automation in your daily work, real influence over technical decisions, test architecture, and the choice of tools used in our projects, large‑scale, innovative projects for well‑known international brands, a skilled, supportive team you can count on and exchange knowledge with, close collaboration with experts in AI, Cybersecurity, and Data Engineering and constant opportunities for professional growth, modern, pet‑friendly office in the center of Wrocław, hybrid working model (1 remote day / 4 days in the office) and flexible working hours, company equipment (Apple or Windows), salary aligned with your experience and impact between 8 000 – 14 000 PLN net (B2B).
