The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for onboarding new customers, driving assigned territory growth revenue while providing best in class support and service. The position will work with new and existing customers to increase sales and promote new exclusive brands and product categories. Create a cohesive and consistent buying experience across purchasing channels, including phone, e-commerce, and ADI/Snap One Store. Familiarity with a discovery-to-close sales process and comfort with a high volume of outbound calls and emails with attention to detail are key for success. The candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment that emphasizes accountability for delivering results.
JOB DUTIES
Manage a book of B2B reseller accounts to build pipeline, track and close deals
Actively manage new dealer applications through a detailed selection process
Gather customer account information to effectively manage the customer relationship
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPI’s
Build strong relationships with customers to become a strategic product partner
Consistently update and manage CRM data to provide visibility and clarity on business status and progress
Support acquisition team’s onboarding campaigns through direct mail, email, social, and trade shows
Learn and comprehend a large range of product knowledge to deliver end-to-end solutions
Partner with internal teams to create synergy amongst all business initiatives
Travel up to 20% for key customer meetings, prospecting new leads, trade shows and industry events
YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years’ experience in sales
Experience with a CRM
Ability to analyze sales results and make changes as needed
Effective remote presentation and demonstration skills via Teams, Zoom, etc.
Problem-solver with strong client/executive relationship management abilities
Willing to travel up to 20%

Hiring Salary Range: The typical hiring salary for this role ranges from USD $15.94 to $27.14 per hour but varies by location.
Incentive Eligible (SIP): This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 42.86% of annual salary, prorated by hire date. Attaining sales targets qualifies for 100% of annual sales incentive; surpassing targets may earn additional incentive pay.
