Manage, maintain, and patch company technology infrastructure Monitor system performance and proactively address issues Support escalations from the Service Desk and resolve Tier 3 technical issues Document configurations, changes, and procedures Lead security incident response activities in conjunction with our MSP and IT Manager Assist IT Manager and MSP with the management of known vulnerabilities (CVEs, etc.) Support CMMC Level 2 compliance Participate in researching and recommending IT network, hardware, and related resources Assist with IT projects and deployments Collaborate closely with IT team members on projects and daily operations Working Location
Hybrid (at least 3 days per week at our Frederick HQ or construction sites) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
PowerShell scripting and automation Cisco Meraki deployment and configuration management Familiarity with or experience supporting a CMMC/NIST 800-171 IT environment Understanding of AI use cases, and how to align with business goals Strong documentation and change management practices Education/Experience
Bs or B.A. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years' experience in a similar role performing the function of a Systems Administrator Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) CompTIA Security+ CompTIA Network+ CCNA Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist Pay and Benefits
The base pay range for this position is $70,000-$100,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including candidate experience, education, and skillset.
