Sr. Network Engineer
for our client, a world-renowned telecommunications company providing the technology and equipment that enables global mobile connectivity and 4G/5G networks. This is a 8-month contract working in Denver, CO (Hybrid) offering a pay rate of
$68
per hour based on skillset.
Compensation: $68/hr
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.
Duration: 12-month contract
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for collecting and analyzing drive data and performance statistics, and solving complex issues
Implement and experiment on RAN features relative to traffic analysis
Perform event analysis and address accessibility, retainability and HO success rate issues Tuning
Provide knowledge on how IRAT procedures can affect the overall network quality
What We’re Looking For
Must have a minimum ten (10) years’ experience with BSEE/BSCS or applicable experience. Recent experience with Ericsson 5G tuning/optimization systems is required.
Understanding of layer 3 messages for 4G and 5G
Able to perform event analysis and address accessibility, retainability and HO success rate issues Tuning
Experience in tuning a loaded network, and understand the difference between artificial and real traffic loading
Detailed understanding of Layer 3 messaging
Ericsson ENM, and how to operate the optimization tools
Provide knowledge of KPIs and able to make recommendations to improve them
