Hybrid (2–3 days in office required) – Cleveland/Akron area of Northeast Ohio.
Direct Hire.
Salary: $60,000–$75,000 for the right candidate.
The company is based in Ohio and the selected candidate must already live here. This requirement ensures occasional face‑to‑face meetings with the team. Only Ohio residents will be screened.
Experience and/or comfort working in a Christian faith environment is required. Being of the Christian faith and sharing those values are part of who we are.
You can work from home 2 or 3 days per week if you meet all requirements.

Responsibilities You will work within a growing team, learning directly from the Data Architect. You will collaborate with the infrastructure team, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Solid experience with SSIS, SSAS, and reporting services will put you over the top.
Requirements of the Business Intelligence Analyst
Christian faith‑based organization experience or seeking to join that type of org.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.
2+ years experience using SQL and SQL Server (v2016 through v2019/2022).
Experience working with SQL and analyzing and reporting on findings.
PowerBI experience: 2 years required.
SSRS, SSIS, and other applicable BI and ETL tools experience (e.g., SSRS, SSIS, Tableau, PowerBI).
Experience or desire to learn cloud‑based DB platforms and tools (Azure, AWS).
Experience/ability to learn MS‑SQL queries, stored procedures.
SQL scripting skills (TSQL, triggers, functions, stored procedures).
