As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will thrive in a fast-moving, fluid environment and be passionate about implementing change and strong processes in a growing technology company. Key Responsibilities
Define and develop DevOps infrastructure projects Design and implement secure automation solutions for each environment relative to the SDLC (development, staging/UAT, production) Manage cloud security through IAM (users, roles, privileges) and integrate vulnerability assessment tools with CI/CD Proficient in scripting/programming for automation – Python / Bash / PowerShell Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments Manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM Excellent troubleshooter Establish milestones for cross-department contributions and develop processes to facilitate collaboration Analyze current technology and develop steps to improve and expand upon them Participate in on-call rotations and incident response processes May perform other duties as assigned Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a DevOps role Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field. Equivalent working experience is acceptable. Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools (TeamCity, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI) Solid understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and security principles Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools Hands-on Cloud experience, Azure preferred Expertise in Windows Server and Linux Experience with compliance and security standards (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001) Customer service orientation with ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to needs Written communication: clear, informative, and accurate editing of spelling and grammar Oral communication: clear and persuasive in various situations Teamwork: collaborative, constructive, and able to build positive team spirit Physical Demands and Work Environment
