We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Branch Manager with our Ft. Worth, TX location.
• Ensuring quality control • Direct supervision of Superintendent • Project management, profitability, and ticket/quantity review • Oversee scheduling and dispatch of crews • Logistics for job equipment • Overseeing sign shop and inventory control • Maintain branch backlog of all projects • Execution of company policies and procedures particularly related to HR, safety and quality control • Assist in hiring, discipline, counseling, and termination of branch employees • Serve a hands-on role in every aspect of construction management including completing projects by completion dates. • Oversight of leadership development at their assigned office and assisting with implantation within the company • Oversight of all branch operations • Seek out new customers and report weekly business development progress
