Responsibilities include: Coordinating with senior team members and supporting delivery across multiple projects Liaising confidently with internal and external stakeholders (Clients, Architects, Contractors, Consultants) Providing technical input across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, mixed‑use and more Leading technical design tasks throughout the project lifecycle Attending design team meetings with support from an Associate Director Carrying out site inspections and producing clear reports for the design team Collaborating with wider business partners to meet company objectives Undertaking electrical building services design calculations to inform project decisions Working as part of a project team or leading workstreams to meet project briefs Supporting other disciplines within the office when required Experience & Qualifications
We are looking for someone who brings strong sector knowledge and a positive, collaborative approach: 5+ years’ experience in a Building Services xrlawcv consultancy environment (UK experience essential) Proficiency in Dialux, Relux or similar lighting design tools Proficiency in Amtech or similar cable‑sizing / electrical design software Degree in Building Services Engineering or related discipline Current awareness of Health & Safety and Environmental Policy requirements Working towards Chartership with a recognised engineering institution Strong working knowledge of CAD/Revit
