Rugby – Fully office based (please note, successful applicants will need their own form of transport due to the location of the offices)
Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm with a ½ hour paid break

Our client, an established, family-owned business based in Rugby, are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Coordinator to join their growing, busy team. The successful candidate will have experience in telephone based sales and internal account management, being both a reactive and proactive member of the team.
The key responsibilities:
* Receipt and organisation of customer orders
* Communicating and liaising with company-wise stakeholders across entire order process
* Proactively contacting and liaising with new and exisiting customers to ascertain requirements and monitor for new business
* Being the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and internal account manangement
* Coordinate order and group administration to ensure everything is kept up to date
The minimum requirements:
* A proactive salesperson with proven experience
* Internal account management experience
* Strong communcation skills - both spoken and written with internal and external stakeholders
* Good IT skills, able to pick up new systems with ease
* Results driven - can be counted on to exceed goals
* Strong attention to detail
