Overview
We are seeking an
Operations Manager
to support the next phase of organisational growth and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong drive for continuous improvement, exceptional attention to detail, and a track record of delivering consistent, high‑quality results.
The successful candidate will be a natural team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to nurture and manage valuable client relationships. The organisation is committed to developing the right individual through structured training, leadership support, and clear performance goals.
From the outset, the Operations Manager will report directly into the leadership team. The Operations function is focused on delivering outstanding client service through standardised procedures and scalable processes. As the business evolves, strengthening the Operations team—including engineers and analysts—will be central to achieving future ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the day‑to‑day operations, ensuring consistent service delivery.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of engineers and analysts.
Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients.
Implement and enhance standardised operational procedures.
Contribute to strategic planning as part of the leadership team.
Track performance metrics and drive operational improvements.
Ensure operational alignment with company objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in an operations management role, ideally within a technical or service‑driven environment.
Strong communication and client‑relationship management skills.
High attention to detail with a commitment to consistency and quality.
Ability to lead and develop teams.
A proactive, problem‑solving approach with a passion for improvement.
Full right to work in Ireland (essential).
