This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions.
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients
Promote and sell a full range of freight services, with a focus on road freight solutions
Understand client requirements and provide tailored, cost-effective logistics solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals
Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions
Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Proven experience in freight forwarding and a strong background xcfaprz in sales
Good knowledge of road freight operations and the wider logistics industry
Confident, professional, and highly organised with strong attention to detail
Target-driven with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
A passion for the logistics industry and delivering exceptional customer service
