Longueuil Toyota is looking for an appointment scheduler for its service department to join its team!
Job Description:Schedule appointments for the service department;Confirm appointments;

Answer incoming service calls;
Make outgoing calls (promotional campaigns, maintenance reminders, etc.);
Work closely with the mechanical department team;
Perform any other related tasks as needed;
Advise customers on recommended maintenance.

Requirements:

Experience in automotive mechanical service (an asset).
Working conditions:
Salary: Based on experience

Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
