3-5+ years in a data-focused role such as data engineering, analytics engineering, or data science Experience at a small or mid-stage company with a comprehensive understanding of data systems Proficiency in SQL, dbt, and Snowflake or equivalent warehouse tooling Experience building and optimizing ELT/ETL pipelines and understanding data warehouse architecture Familiarity with version control systems like Git
