Champion and optimize the strategic vision for the QA discipline and testing processes Oversee the QA budget, resource allocation, and vendor strategies for external test partnerships Lead the exploration and adoption of AI and advanced testing methodologies within the QA organization
Required Qualifications
Extensive senior-level leadership experience in game development QA Deep expertise in managing and mentoring senior QA staff and large testing teams Comprehensive understanding of live service release management and client feature testing Expert-level knowledge of modern QA tools and environments, particularly JIRA Strong sense of purpose and self-motivation with a focus on continuous improvement
