10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3-5 years in senior architect or principal roles Proven experience in designing and operating large-scale, distributed systems Deep hands-on experience with orchestration, scheduler systems, and job pipelines Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, or similar backend languages Experience with message/event systems and containerization technologies
