A company is looking for a Manager of Data Infrastructure to lead a team of engineers and oversee critical data platforms. Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 engineers while ensuring operational excellence Manage data lake infrastructure operations, maintaining high uptime and on-call rotation Drive agile delivery through sprint planning and execution of infrastructure improvements
Required Qualifications
6+ years in data engineering/infrastructure with 2+ years in a leadership role Hands-on expertise with AWS data services, Airflow, Kafka/MSK, and data catalog tools Experience in translating customer requirements into platform capabilities Proven skills in agile delivery, including capacity planning and sprint execution Track record of operational excellence in incident response and achieving SLAs
