*What You’ll Be Doing*
You’ll be at the heart of our service delivery, supporting a variety of businesses across different industries:
* Resolving IT support tickets from start to finish (no hand-offs, real ownership)
* Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, someone they rely on
* Troubleshooting across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud environments
* Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and more
* Assisting with onsite visits when required (not just stuck behind a desk)
* Working closely with senior engineers and account managers to deliver exceptional service

*What We’re Looking For*
We don’t expect you to know everything but we do expect the right attitude.
* Minimum *2 years’ experience in IT support* (MSP experience preferred)
* Comfortable handling *2nd line support issues*
* Solid understanding of:
* Microsoft 365 / Office 365
* Windows Server
* Active Directory
* Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, etc.)
* Strong problem-solving mindset and communication skills
* A genuine *desire to learn, grow, and improve*
*Requirements:*
* Full UK Driving Licence (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £31,000.00 per year
