Technical Lead (Node.js, AWS, Java) Job Description: Lead the design and delivery of a cloud-native AWS serverless architecture Provide hands-on technical leadership across Node.js and Java (Spring Boot) development Manage and coordinate multiple workstreams across engineering teams Drive best practices in system design, scalability, and performance Work closely with stakeholders across the business and technology teams Contribute to modern, AI-assisted development practices within the team Key Skills: Strong experience as a Technical Lead within enterprise environments Deep expertise in AWS Serverless: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora PostgreSQL, SQS Hands-on development experience with Node.js and Java (Spring Boot) Proven experience managing teams across multiple workstreams Strong knowledge of insurance platforms (policy admin, underwriting, bookings, endorsements) Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g.
