Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial operations of multiple European entities.

Key Responsibilities Lead financial operations across multiple European entities, including month-end close, financial reporting, and cash flow management Ensure compliance with local GAAP requirements, overseeing statutory accounts and tax filings across jurisdictions Oversee core finance functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and general accounting Maintain a robust internal controls framework, ensuring strong risk management and audit readiness Ensure supply chain compliance across all operating regions Manage transfer pricing requirements in line with group and regulatory standards Support the setup of new legal entities across Europe as required Identify and drive continuous process improvements within the finance function Build strong relationships with operational, project, and senior leadership teams Manage outsourced service providers and ensure service delivery excellence Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team Support strategic initiatives and key finance projects Requirements: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 10+ years' post-qualified experience Proven experience xcfaprz managing multi-entity, international reporting structures Strong leadership capability with a track record of mentoring and developing teams Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high attention to detail Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across the business Skills: Financial Controller Finance Manager Accounting Manager Senior Finance Manager
