We are currently hiring a Customer Sales Support Representative who will contribute towards this mission.
We need a Customer Sales Support Representative who is committed to helping customers and guiding them through our services.
As a Customer Sales Support Representative your focus will be on turning our customers' questions and concerns into solutions that make their lives easier.
Whether it's adjusting an account, fixing billing discrepancies or walking someone through their first activation.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Support Representative Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and precision.
Enlighten customers on service features, sales, account updates and presenting solutions that meet their needs and affordability.
Utilize CRM software and tools to execute service adjustments, service activations and account modifications.
Follow up with customers regarding their concerns, establishing trust, retention and lasting relationships.
Collaborate with associate Customer solutions representative and internal team in order to enhance a smooth customer experience.
Conduct needs assessment to understand customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance brand loyalty and customer feedback. xkddfxh
Collaborate with management to align service standards and learn best practices.
Requirements for the Customer Sales Support Representative role High School Diploma or GED Previous experience in customer solutions, customer service or sales would be advantageous Ability to build relationships and trust while guiding customers through service solutions Organizational and time management skills Computer literate with the ability to comfortably use CRM tools for tracking accounts, performance and streamlining customer service processes
