The Role

Location: Leeds (2-3 days in the office)
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

We are on the lookout for a Senior Designer to join our dynamic Studio team. Our in-house studio creates impactful work seen by millions across global markets, covering campaigns, social media, digital, CRM, and in-gym experiences.

As a Senior Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping our creative output and the systems that support it. Your role will involve delivering high-quality designs across multiple channels while enhancing our creative processes through toolkits, templates, automation, and emerging technologies. This is more than just execution; you will help define smarter ways of working, improving consistency, speed, and quality across the studio while maintaining a strong focus on craft. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Lead, Brand, Marketing, and stakeholders across markets to ensure our work is both creatively strong and operationally efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality static and motion designs for campaigns, social media, digital, CRM, in-gym, and print.
  • Lead and contribute to creative concepting and execution alongside other creatives.
  • Apply and evolve the brand’s creative toolkit for consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
  • Design and refine scalable systems such as templates and modular assets.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency across briefing, production, and delivery.
  • Explore and integrate AI and emerging tools to add meaningful value to craft and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers, marketers, and stakeholders across regions.
  • Present work with clarity and confidence, articulating both creative and strategic rationale.
The Person
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, conceptually sound work across multiple channels.
  • Exceptional craft skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and visual systems.
  • Experience in building scalable design systems, templates, or toolkits.
  • A systems mindset focused on improving creative production and delivery.
  • Curiosity about new tools, including automation and AI, and their potential to enhance workflows.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus.
  • Ability to work at pace across multiple briefs, markets, and audiences while maintaining quality.
  • Confidence in presenting work and engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach that inspires collaboration.
  • Experience in motivating and leading a team, whether in project settings or direct management.
