to support a Managed Services Operations Centre (MSOC). This role is critical in maintaining and enhancing customer network environments, acting as a senior technical escalation point, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality managed services. You will work across a diverse customer base, supporting modern enterprise networking technologies including
Juniper Mist, Aruba, Cisco , and leading firewall platforms, while contributing to service excellence and continuous improvement within a 24x7 managed services environment. Key Responsibilities Provide 2nd/3rd line Network support and act as the final technical escalation point within the MSOC Ensure the stability, performance, and availability of customer network environments Manage incidents, changes, and service requests in line with ITIL processes and SLA commitments Lead the investigation and resolution of complex networking and infrastructure issues Maintain accurate technical documentation and ticket updates within ServiceNow Participate in a 24x7 on-cal...
