Therapist - Fully Credentialed

This LoveWorks is a boutique-style mental health practice in Bellevue seeking additional therapists to join our team. We are dedicated to supporting First Responders and Public Sector Employees with individual and couples therapy as well as intensive retreats. We are dedicated to supporting the professional growth and development of therapists. We offer WA State certified clinical supervision and welcome WA State Associate Licensed therapists to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for individuals dealing with PTSD and other mental health challenges.
• Provide psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as EMDR Hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Accurately document care, progress and treatment plan in Electronic Medical Record.
• Engage in crisis intervention and trauma response strategies to support patients in acute distress.

Required for Success:

● WA State Licensure

• Experience and professional commitment to deliver highly personalized care

• Experience with Trauma- Informed care

Preferred

• Experience with diagnosing and treating PTSD
• Experience with individual, couple or child psychotherapy
• Experience working with High Net worth, Executive/ C- Suite clientele
• Professional experience and certification in Hypnotherapy
• Professional experience and certification with EMDR
• Professional experience with First Responders.

Benefits and compensation:

Therapists have a patient-focused schedule, generally Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Occasional Saturday availability is required, due to weekend retreat offerings. The compensation range is $44-$48 dollars/hr based upon candidate experience.

Benefits for this position include 10 paid holidays and accrued paid time off. Additionally, we reimburse up to $200 toward your health insurance premiums each month. We are proud to offer Professional clinical supervision, training in EMDR and Hypnotherapy as well as personal participation in intensive, growth-based retreats.
