Job Summary and Responsibilities

Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join our growing practice in The Woodlands, TX. This opportunity is an excellent fit for both early-career physicians and experienced clinicians seeking a rewarding opportunity. Position Highlights:

  • Join an established urology team, with a large primary care referral base and built-in referral system
  • This role involves treating a broad range of urological conditions, with a particular emphasis on conditions affecting female patients
  • Ideal candidate would have completed a Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship
  • In-clinic procedures include cystoscopy, bladder Botox injections, and ultrasound guided biopsy (transperineal and transrectal), as well as additional minor procedures. Ability to incorporate urodynamics in the future.
  • Operating room, admitting and consulting privileges at St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital, which includes 6 operating rooms, 4 of which are equipped with the da Vinci Xi robotic platform.
  • Epic EMR

Job Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • Active unrestricted license in TX or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
