We are looking for an energetic professional for our sales development role who is ready to jump in and help our company grow. You'll need strong persuasion skills to convert potential customer prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who knows how to find prospects on social media and start building relationships with them. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in customer service or sales, is a great dealmaker, and enjoys talking to people on the phone and in person. Pay Range: Base pay $45,000 year (on target earnings $60,000 - $80,000).
Compensation:$60,000 - $85,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales management in order to achieve objectives and enhance performance
- Locate and generate lucrative sales leads for our company's salesforce to pursue and ultimately close
- Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Generate leads through many methods, including face-to-face interaction, phone calls, texts, and emails
- Develop social media strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social networks
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Proactively prospect and develop new commercial and residential accounts.
- Conduct daily outreach activities, including calls, visits, networking, and follow-ups to generate new business.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and non-converted leads every 60 days.
