*Job Summary*
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional patient care across a broad spectrum of dental services. Your expertise will help improve patients’ oral health while fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
*Duties*
* Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
* Conduct various procedures such as dental cleanings, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontic treatments.
* Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients.
* Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment.
* Use advanced dental software systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for medical documentation and record keeping.
* Take and interpret medical imaging to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to enhance overall health outcomes.
*Qualifications*
* Valid state license to practice dentistry with current certification in general dentistry.
* Proven experience in dental office or clinic settings with proficiency in dental terminology and medical documentation.
* Familiarity with electronic health records systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
* Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and infection control standards.
* Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures with precision.
* Excellent communication skills for effective patient care and team collaboration.
