Available Shifts
Monday‑to‑Friday: 6:30 a.m.–2 p.m. or 11 a.m.–5 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Morning and evening shifts.
Qualifications
A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.
A consistently fantastic team‑player attitude.
A verifiable history of excellent attendance.
Availability during evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
Sell memberships confidently in a commission‑based environment.
Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
Promote the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio membership.
Set reservations and schedule follow‑up appointments.
Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
Conduct studio tours for new guests.
Answer all questions about services and the facility.
Maintain a clean facility, including turnover and cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
Organize the facility’s towel supply area.
