*The Role: *We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated *Corporate Support Trainee* to join our growing corporate support team in Rainford. If you’re someone who enjoys helping people, learning new technologies, and working as part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll develop the skills and knowledge to support our customers with their business mobiles and connectivity services. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical and account related queries using your gained knowledge of all major UK mobile networks to support and advise our business clients.
You will maintain accurate up-to-date customer records within our internal systems and assist with the processing of mobile deals, including device ordering, porting, and network migrations.
You don’t need experience—just a passion for learning, a friendly approach, and a genuine interest in technology and customer service.

* Interest in technology, especially mobiles, phone systems and IT networks (we’ll provide full training).
* Someone who is organised, eager to learn, and keen to take initiative.
* A team player who brings energy and enthusiasm to the workplace.
* Able to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
* Basic knowledge of IT or communications is helpful but not essential.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to grow with the business.
