Your Responsibilities
You support our kitchen team with dedication, precision and team spirit. Your main duties include:
- Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and order throughout the kitchen and stewarding areas
- Proper cleaning of dishes, kitchen utensils, pots, pans and machinery
- Assisting the kitchen with basic mise-en-place and preparation tasks
- Waste disposal, recycling and correct storage of goods according to HACCP standards
- Care, control and correct use of cleaning products in line with all safety regulations
You bring motivation, reliability and a passion for teamwork. You are someone who offers:
- Initial experience in gastronomy or kitchen operations is an advantage – career changers are welcome
- Strong resilience and a high awareness of quality and hygiene
- A structured, quick and accurate working style
- A positive attitude and respectful interaction as a true team player
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and public holidays)
- Languages: Italian, other languages are a plus
