We're looking for a proactive and commercially focused
Account Executive (Internal Sales)
to join our Business Development team. This desk-based role is central to supporting our customers, driving growth and ensuring they receive a consistent, high-quality service.
About the role
As the key internal point of contact for a defined customer base, you'll build strong relationships, manage opportunities through to completion and ensure our CRM systems reflect accurate, up-to-date information. You'll identify new opportunities, support upselling and cross-selling, and help onboard new customers to ensure a smooth start to their journey with Adler & Allan.
You'll maintain regular communication with customers, provide updates on quotations and enquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely, compliant and effective solutions. You'll also support marketing activity, generate opportunities and assist in arranging appointments for our field-based teams.
